Why is this ***** annoying me even on sunny days with no cloud in sky? She bothered me when I had the free three month subscription to XM and now all the sudden months later she's come back to haunt me and I don't pay for XMWeather.

im pretty sure you can turn off the weather alerts in the settings.

True, has to be someway of gettin it off , but im too ******* lazy to look thro , and if u have the nav voice turned down u just get a silent break in your music playin = mad annoying

Thank god I came across this thread. I started sweating thinking they had activated my XM and would be billing me at the end of the month when I heard the dreaded weather alert.

so how do you get it to stop. it just started after hurricane Lee was on gulf coast but its great weather now. wonder if you have to call XM?

I turned mine off yesterday its in settings under comfort settings if i remember correctly , madd effin annoyin i agree lol

I enjoy the free XM last weekend on my 10hr trip to Canada..but that flooding alert is crazy, since nowhere close to my area was flooded.

Turn off (useless) weather alerts

Here's how I successfull turned them off:
Settings
Navigation
Weather Info Settings
(Scroll to page 2)
Voice Announcements
Enter (to toggle off)

(no XM connection that I saw)

YIPPEE! I hated it so much, I created an account to share this accomplishment with the rest of you.
