Interior light issues

Was wondering if anyone on here has experienced anything close to what I have in the last three/four months with my interior lights. I bought my '09 Max used and test drove during the day. Two days after I bought it, I got in at night and realized I didn't have interior lights. Turns out I didn't have any map lights, vanity mirror lights, floorboard lights, door puddle lights, trunk light, or setting lights on the 1 and 2 buttons on the driver door. Anyway, the dealership first replaced the computer module and it fixed the problem...for about 20 hours. Next came the replacement of all the wires behind the dash. Upon removing these wires, it was found that a couple wires were "burned". This job took roughly 8-10 hours. This fix worked for about 2 months. This last time, the service tech thought there may be an issue with the wires in the headrest. Sure enough, there was a crimped wire right by the driver's sun visor in the headliner. That wire was replaced and now everything is working again. If it weren't for the fact that the car is still under warranty, I wouldn't be able to pay for all these labor hours the dealership (especially the wire replacement).

Anybody had ANY experience like this? Any insight would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
