Oh that's very cool. I thought I was about the only one on this forum in Oklahoma/Texas area. Finally I can ask where you might be able to get a tune at in your area?

I work in Dallas, but live over in Fort Worth. I've been trying to find local 7th Gen guys for a while. I have a few mods, as listed in my sig, but always open to more. We should all try to get together sometime

i agree. i would prefer just 7th gen-only meet but that might be kinda bias on my part. meet up and eat, maybe go for a low-key cruise....

I too have been wanting to meet up with some 7th gen owners, but havent been able to find any here in Dallas that would want to meet up. Ive had mine almost four months now, but I dont have any mods yet. I'm planning on a intake, but cant decide which one to go with. I'm definitely down for a meet/cruise, just let me know when and where.

I'm down to meet up as well. Mine is a DD as well, so not many mods, but i def have some planned as the money comes available. I need to get home to houston so i can take my time and go through a zaino or meguiars kit on this car. i bought it used, and the paint def needs some love, but no house/water hose to take time and work it like i want to...

Mid west representin the a35! Woot woot!

This board seems to have a deep divide between "clean tight and low" vs "gawdy, 4x4 and bling bang". Hopefully mid west on the clean tight and low side.

Oh boy im sensing the flames.

Same here man. I bought mine used and I can see very minor swirls in the paint. Can't wait to put my detailing products to use on it. I'll have to wait till I go home to Louisiana to detail it like I really want too because I live in an apt. I buy alot of my products off http://www.detailedimage.com/ if you wanna check it out.

Mine is a daily driver too but I've had mine brand new since 09. Here's my mod list.

-Stillen: front lip, side rocker panels, catback exhaust, short ram intake, underdrive pulley, grounding kit

-Racingline: y-pipe, front strutbar, rear swaybar

-CJX BOP, Eibach prokit, 20x9 Vossen 083s with Continental DWS tires, interior white LEDs, nokya yellow foglights

A few more things left like kmoney headlights, Cxj spacers , maybe taillight tint and I'm done.

NO DISCRIMINATION ON THE ORG. Maybe guys who drive other generations might actually help you with ideas and even with doing mods. So, don't schedule meets only for 7thgens. Besides, it might be hard to find only 7thgeners to come out because of schedule. Meets are usually to meet and make friends and help with mods ideas and talk cars. So, generation of maxima shouldn't be a big problem.

@petit. I think the idea is that when there are needs in Dallas, there are meets but hardly any 7th gens there. We aren't against meets with the other gens, we just thought it would be nice to meet with the same gens. matter of fact, if u look in the Dallas regional forum there are a couple guys that meet on Wednesdays in garland.

considering this thread is under the 7th generation section of this site, wouldn't that be discrimination? not at all trying to rule certain people out but a 7th generation-only g2g seems harmless. just saying...

There is no discrimination in here man. I too thought it would be nice to meet up here some 7th genners. Ive been to the meet in Garland a couple of times and there werent any 7th gens out there at all. I also have a 4.5 gen with almost 200k, I go to alot of meets with that max also. I dont mind if other gens come out, IMO the more ppl the better

There is a Nissan/Infiniti meet in Dallas im going to next Saturday if anyone wants to come. Just throwing it out there. This meet is usually once a month and the times ive been there i was the only 7thgen out. It make no difference though, we still have a good time

Not a Max owner, but in DFW and would be down for a meet.

The Dallas Nissan Enthusiasts (DNE) have a meet once a month.

Um....Wow. I'd say more, but it'd probably be best to leave you with your foot in your mouth.

Maybe some of you can come out to the track on OCT 20. Check out thread in the regional TX section.

Would be nice to see some 7th gens run. We are meeting in Mesquite before we leave to the track.
