Who has mods and is still under factory warranty?

Hey guys.. i'm having a little issue and im afraid to take my car in and have the warranty voided. What mods do you have and do you still use the manufacturers warranty? I have intake and y pipe only... i see sooo many people here with all these mods and im just wondering are your cars out of warranty or what?

Thanks,
Dan

Unless the problem is related to any of those parts or the install of them Nissan cannot legally refuse warranty service. Some dealers may try because they get little reimbursement from Nissan for the work so they try to get out of free work anyway possible but legally they cannot.

What is the little issue you are having?

mods vs warranties...

I got my Y-Pipe installed last Saturday, the other day it was really hot and I hit the AC... the the RPM's went to 2K and hung out around there.... If I dont turn on the AC it runs fine, but the Engine light is on.

Check the intake maybe it is clogged, that is probably not the issue, the Y-pipe, did you have this high idle before the Y-pipe, remove it and see if the problem goes away, or go to autozone and have them read the code actually do that 1st
