Difference in the Sport and Premium headlights?

Does anyone know definitively if the Sport headlights and the Premium headlights are the same functionally, just visually different in color? Id rather find someone to swap or just swap entire headlight assemblies and bulbs rather than bake-and-paint.

Anyone tried this yet? Thanks.

I assume that the sport's are halogen and the premium's are xenon (or vice versa, whatever).

I thought that too originally, but nissanusa.com and the brochure both list the sport as having HIDs as well. Thats why im hoping its a simple switch.

Same headlights both have HID's... Just newer sport models have the black crome trimming in them now...

Thanks guys. Thats the news i was hoping for. I plan on making my weekend project doing the grill (although i cant decide between matte black, gloss black, or some sort of combination of both).

And then hopefully i can find someone willing to swap headlights. Any takers? haha

That was my original thought, but the roof and tint are gloss black, and and the wheels are glossy. I was actually thinking of a gloss black frame with matte black blades.

If it is any help, I just did the Plasti-dip on the grill recently, and it is a bit glossy as is (the $6 can from Home Depot). The plasti site also stocks a gloss spray overlay if you want to bump up the sheen.

And if you don't like it, just peel it off.
