Rear Camber Adjustment

Has anyone found a rear camber adjustment kit for our 7th gen yet? I'm lowered on eibachs and my alignment guy cannot get my rear camber within Nissan spec. He told me I need a camber kit but I can't find anything on the net.

you gotta use the 350z rear camber arms, its not just a camber bolt but a whole new control arm

Check the Ichiba website though kinda spendy at $150.00. These are also offered on another website for $88.00 but I don't recall the name.

Update: Here is the other website.

I think it would fit fine under....Sticky: Installation Instructions / How-To's / FAQ's / Reviews / Recalls / Accessories

or....Sticky: Aftermarket Products & Accessories

I figured I would try this because my rear diver camber is always -1 to -2. Just to make sure this part on EBay says G35/350z but it fits our car right? lol

Also How hard is this to install yourself or should I just get a shop to do it? I figured I might have to re-aline the suspension again...

I bought the SPC 350Z rear camber kit from amazon. I then had a shop I've been going to for years install them, & do the alignment.

How much does it cost without the alignment at your shop? Here in dallas a lot of shops tend jack up the prices

My assumption would be yes, as just lowering the car with the Eibach's was enough to throw my car out of speck.

Ghozt has coilovers, send him a pm.

I can't remember the exact number off the top of my head but I believe it was around $140 plus $60 for the alignment.

You will need an alignment as both camber and toe will be off. The whole point is to bring the car back into the correct specifications.

Wait, direct bolt on, meaning no need to elongate that hole? I have the SPC's and haven't installed them yet cause the guy I go to doesn't want to make the hole bigger. Can just attach these and be good to go w/ the alignment?

I found my answer, but I'm waiting on BC racing to email me back. Yes you will need the SPC package when going to coils also. That blows, but with buying new rims and tires soon, I don't want to cheap out and pay for the later.

I think I'm going the BC br coils, with 10k all around. I got a price through another guy from the FB board, and he said they offer BC with swift spring option, but that is a little more $$$. Not sure what are swifts spring, their advantages and disadvantages. but I will have to read up on that. Unless some of you guys know ?.

On my car they had to elongate the hole for the toe bolts.

My car is lower than Eibachs and I didn't need anything but 2 camber bolts for the front.
But as you can see my car is out of camber spec. Handling wise it's better this way and the wheels are flush.

I'll get my camber kit Thursday. Do you recommend a sway bar too? If you had to pick one first would you go FSB or RSB? The front of the car is never out of spec but the back is always -2 camber

Pretty easy to install but you will need to take a hacksaw and cut about a 1/2" from each threaded rod end or they they won't adjust "in" enough. Then after cutting I used the stock arms as reference for rough setting the new arms before installing.
Also don't forget the front camber bolts. From your readout (in red) you will need them before taking it back in for another alignment

Question when I saw the valet guy reverse the other day my car had this weird wobble? lol i know it could be the road but Im thinking the shop screwed me over.....

1) First they didn't use the NEW CAMBER BOLTS that came with the SPC ( they said it was cheap and the stock one would fit?)

2) Sencond the guy got both rear camber's to go 0.7 + on both sides which I didnt believe because I've never seen a perfect camber on my car ( even brand new!)

The car somewhat pulls the right on the highway but not enough to make that much concern. I just worried about my car too much and Im curious if using the stock REAR camber bolts are okay? I didnt touch the front cambers because ive never had an issue with them before.

Had to get that off my chest. Thoughts would be greatly appreciated

I would guess your wheels were dirty in spots or the tread was dirtier in spots giving it the allusion they were warped. Because if you can see that a wheel is wobbly while on the car you would definitely feel it while driving.

Camber can be equaled out and that's always the goal. As far as a pull it most likely something up front that's causing it like camber or road crown.

As far as bolts, if the stock ones looked good it's probably best to reuse them.
