My new Max Vandalized!

Its not a big dent or anything (these bodies are not easy to dent)

And I had just been feeling great about its looks as I was getting many compliments from my fellow students at Command and General Staff College!

Recently a neighbor parked in my reserved spot.
I left a index card on thier windshield telling them that next time i would get the car towed.

Ealier today I noticed that the left front quarter panel looked more dull than it should but I figured its just dirty.

Now this evening I notice that the left front quarter panel i slighlty and the left front headlight a little loose!

This is consistent with a strong kick.

I reported it to my insurance company just now. USAA
Buyt i have only added the car to my coverage a few hours ago and it wasnt listed yet!!

I know your supposed ot have a grace period after buying a car , I think its 30 days but the note on Policies said
"future insurance card as of 16 Aug" and listed the maxima.

I am pretty certain it happend in the night from the 14th to the 15th.
Hopefully i have coverage, I have a low 250 dollar deductible.

Sound like the neighbor might be making a similar claim real soon.

That sucks that it happened that way when it was originally their fault to begin with. And I agree with the neighbor making a similar claim!

I would file a police report, within hours of you politely asking with a note not to park in your designated spot you pay for, the douche bags get angry at their own moronic mistake by putting a foot in your fender.

The timing of the even falls in your favor, its like they want to be caught

Well the police said they couldnt be sure if it was a kick they said it could be a hit and run or a kid in a bicycle hitting it and thejn running away.

So no vanadalism police report

Here in SC There is a title to a report. Damage, cause unknown. That way a report is done and can be used later should the cause be found or a perp fessed up.
