auto window feature not working

Long story short, I had to replace my battery, and when I started up again, the XM radio seemed to have reset, the trip odometer (obviously not the total mileage one but the trip ones) and now neither side does the auto up or auto down window feature. Does somethign have to be reset to fix this?

normal with battery replacement.

reset your auto window up and down using the procedures outlined in the manual.

you will have to reset the ones with the A on the switch. some have only the front and no rear then others have all 4 windows auto.

hold the window down button for 10 seconds, then hold it up for 10 seconds. then your auto up/down feature will work again

On this kinda same note. My pass side window. When I do auto up. It's goes all the way up then 1/3 back down and stops. I just pull the button half way and close it but it is kinda jacked that I can't just hit auto and it go up and stay up.

This has happened to me one day because I went to get my windows tinted. and the Vinyl too actually. The rubber layering might be int he way..all you need to do it peel it in or out depending on how its molded. Then try and put the window up. It will definitely work.

thanks. I'll do that. Didn't realize so much resets during a battery change.
