Bypass E Brake for Aux input

I recently got a 09 Maxima. Has every option but the in dash DVD player so I'm not concerned with doing navigation bypass which every forum I google shows how to do. I just want to do it for the video aux input in middle console. I know it should be a simple fix.. Anybody got a pic or instructions how to do? I'm pretty electronically incline so I know I can do it myself with a just a bit of instructions. Thanks

I'm not positive, but don't you still have the VSS wire in your setup? My understanding is that this still will show your vehicle as moving and will then block video- whether it is from DVD or aux input. I've heard that instead of a bypass some people just snip the vss wire, however if you have a nav system this will throw the accuracy way off- that is why we install the switch.

Yes I have navigation and yes I need to do the VSS as well. Just looking for color of wires and is best to do it from behind the unit or can do it somewhere else without taking out the unit?

Need to do a relay setup that will ground the ebrake while to the unit ans disconnect the vss wire at the same time with the flip of a switch. Did it will my nav unit for aux and dvd video viewing.

I'm also interested on how to do this, I'm also not getting no video signal from my aux ports. Im not sure what is wrong, I had a guy connect a rear camera to test it but I didn't receive a video signal and I had the ebrake on and in park. I have 09 premium package

I'm thinking of adding the navtool to integrate my headrest DVD to the front so I can view on the main screen. This unit is a plug and play but I'm going to pay someone to install this and to integrate the sound also so I can hear through the speakers. It's half the price on eBay. Can someone let me know if I need to this, I want to be able to play DVD while driving?
