Receiver Hitch & Bike Rack

I've recently gotten really into Mountain Biking and have purchased a Giant TALON 29ER 1 http://www.giant-bicycles.com/en-us/...1/11521/55887/

I also have a Thule 956 Parkway 4 bike rack. http://www.thule.com/en-US/US/Produc...Parkway-4-Bike

I have an appointment to have a receiver hitch installed next Friday. I don't know the brand of the hitch yet but once this is all complete I will update with pics and reviews.

Congrats on the new mountain bike! I used to ride all the time, even raced mountain bikes for a few years. Had a buddy that was a huge Giant fan. I rode mostly GT.

Looking forward to pics of the hitch installed and unloaded, and also how it looks with your new bike tied to the back!

Took about 20 minutes to have it installed. Havent heard any rattles any yet. I'm very happy with everything about this. Highly recommend the shop if you're near charleston sc and looking for a hitch.

Sorry for the 5th grader writing skills but doing this from my phones not so easy haha. The brand of hitch is a draw tie.

Thanks for the pictures, I didn't think there was any hope of me being able to enjoy my bike outside of my neighborhood since I got rid of my Murano and Sport Trac.

This is the cheapest rack Thule makes. I really wanted the nicer ones where the bikes stand on a platform but the bike shop practically gave me this one and it'll work we'll enough. The hitch installed was 250 and it's very clean underneath the car it's higher than the flanges on the exhaust at the rear suspension.
