I had several Accords, they are reliable, hold resale value and handle well. However, my last 2010 accord that I traded for a 2012 Maxima was the last straw. All Accords are noisy, but my last Accord had the most uncomfortable seats that I ever experienced. Good riddance. Love my Maxima.

Uncomfortable seats!! I've heard that a lot about Honda cars. My wife had a 10 TL and the seats in that were not comfortable either. Traded the TL for a 12 Maxima SV and she loves the car and the seats.

Accord is a nice car I drove one for 2 weeks when max was in the body shop but let me tell you different ballgame. I sat in the max after two weeks and couldnt believe it!

I got my maxima after my 99 v6 accord coupe blew its engine, and if I had my choice I'd still have the accord. I love my max but no car payment for another year or two would have given me a lot more flexibility when purchasing my next car. In either case, most definitely a huge upgrade, congrats
