Do It Yourself Home Depot Lip... Cheap and Easy
Well, I went ahead and tried this out after reading about it at another forum. All parts were approx $35. The lip is actually a garage door seal, and its pretty easy to work with. I placed outdoor two sided tape in strategic spots under the bumper and then screwed the lip in place with about 9 screws up front and 4 in the rear. I used screws that had washers already installed on them which holds the lip in place quite well.
Anyways here are some pics (sorry for the blur, my iphone camera lens is scratched up):
13ft Garage door seal $14
3M outdoor mounting tape (450") $16 ( I bought the biggest roll, because I was not sure how much I really needed. You can go with less though)
14 screws with washers $5
Time around 1hr... and it is very easy to replace just incase

Wheels are 20x9 / 20x10.5 Concept One CS.10 Matte GM. The tips are off Ebay, but seem to be decent so far. I sprayed the inside of the tips with rust proof gunmetal paint (high heat).
I'll take further away pics once I wash the car which will show a better overall view of the front and rear lip

Great idea but just to let you know they sell something like that for$ 30-35 its called ez lip ypu can just google and it uses 3m tape to attach. I was actually thinking about ordering it and seeing what it looks like attached to the stillen lip

Yep, I checked them out first and then did my own research and decided that I get more linear ft by buying it at home depot than those offering it on ebay.. I think they offer 8-9ft and I bought 13ft. I did the front and rear, and still had about 3-4ft left over. I did go over kill on the tape though, you definately do not need 450" of it LOL. I seen some smaller rolls between $5-10 and it is the 3M brand too. Basically you can do the whole kit for $20-25

I installed this on my Maxima way back, I didn't like it because it looked weird with the Front Lip Spoiler. I originally used it incase I bottomed out on my driveway or potholes, but it eventually rips off. Ghozt is right, you could get this on Ebay. As I did.

As for the muffler, I didnt have to cut anything at all. I have the factory tips if anyone wants to make an offer. They both are in great shape.

This was just for fun to see what it looked like, and I'm cool with it. It's simple and if it does rip or tear, its super easy to replace. I'm not really a fan of the Stillen lip so until something else comes up then this will do for now.

So after looking at this mod I decided to try this on my own. I bought the materials but also bought some plastidip and some glossifier because I wanted the glossy look. It came out okay but I still need to install the screws. I figured this will do until I order the stillen lip next week.

Just a note on prepping the lip... You may want to hole punch the areas where you are going to use screws on the lip before installing. It helps because when you go to screw it on, the rubber foam doesn't get tangled up around the screw which may lead to an unfortunate tear....
