Minor issues

Ok so my warranty just expired on my car (36k\3 yr) and my seat motors are moving slower than normal. They offfered me the extended warranty for like $3500 up to 100k miles. My seats slide back and forth and up and Down but when I go to recline,It just moves so slow and sometimes stalls.I want to go to the dealer but I know they are gonna tax me so my question is what's the part number and location of what I need to replace to fix this issue.I would like to replace the seat motors on both sides.Another thing I have to ask which is a noobie question but when I go over a bump I hear my front shocks go tsst and I never really heard it before and now I do.Is this normal or is my strut going bad.Im sorry for the noobie questions. My car has 34k miles and a 2010 premium. The year it was made is 11/09 on the door. Thanks in advance.

If you can afford the extra money for the extended warranty go for it. You never know what can happen right. My front shocks make the same noise and I bought the car used with 15,000 miles on it. So I do not know if it is normal or not. Sorry if this did not help man.
