2010 Max with 2012 Cluster?

2010 Max with 2012 Cluster?
I just bought a 2010 Maxima SV with sport and tech, and The cluster "glass" has had some armor all sprayed on it and never wiped off so it made a permanent chemical burn, and looks oily and wet. I need to replace it. I also have a 2012 Maxima and REALLY love the cluster upgrade on it. The Leds, and the Tire pressure info.. How difficult would it be to just put in a 2012 cluster instead of my 2010?
