How much should i pay for a 95 240?

Hey guys I wanted to get your feedback. I found a 95 240sx for sale. The car is pretty well modded and they guy is asking for 9500. How much would you buy it for it?

It depends on what he's done to it. $9500 sounds a bit much though. KBB is just under $3k.

Ya that's way overpriced. you can find one for $1500 pay shop fully build engine and boost it and get full suspension and everything all yourself well under 6k.
