Drl module location?

I'm trying to find the drl module for our car.
Tried the manual, dealer and of course the search feature but no one can give me a definite answer.

So I'll come here and see if any of you can tell me?
And no I'm not gonna pull fuses either lol

Thanks in advance

I pulled my drl fuse and all good... Why do you want to access the module specifically?

I'm doing halos and I'm using them as drl and not the high beam, if I pull the fuse I loose my high beam function. I was informed that all I need to do is get to the drl module and pull the high wires out and out my halo wires in its place

I use an aftermarket switch with a remote. The drl module should be in the fuse box in the front of the car in the driver side, under the hood. It should be labeled DRL module or something like that.

Go to page 11 on this manual:
http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/Maxima/2010/EXL.pdf

Looks like it is a relay on the left side of the engine just below the large plastic cover.

Hope it helps..

Ya gives me a better idea on where it is
As long as I can disconnect the high beam one and not use my halo that would be perfect
Guess well see when the install happens

I'll post up when my items get delivered

Thanks boys!

I'm also looking to wire my halos as drl's but I'm not sure where to connect it. I'm in the US so I don't have factory drl's. Any suggestions that don't involve running a wire through the firewall? I tested a couple fuses in the fuse box but they seemed to have 12v even when the car was off.

I did that to have independent fogs but its such a pita to run wire through the firewall. Since I want the halos on all the time I was hoping to tap a wire under the hood.
