Just got my New Maxima

Hello All. I just got my new Maxima and am excited. This is my 1st Nissan since my 2005 Z. I love the comfort and performance of the car, however I am looking to upgrade. I would love the input of you guys and girls out there. I run an exhaust shop so the muffler delete is happening this weekend. What else should I look to do. Thanks for all of your input.

You'll figure out what you want to do to the car as you own it, the best ideas here are all the unique ones that aren't replicating someone else's stuff. Congrats on the new purchase!

I just ordered tips for my muffler deletes. Being that I run an exhaust shop I think that is going to be step 1. I will post pics and sound bytes.

Congrat's...
Handling wise this car responds quite well with an Eibach drop and a rear sway bar install.
A Racingline Y-pipe install will be deleting the 3rd catalytic converter, it won't trigger a CEL but just something to think about with your state emissions requirements.
So what color did you get?

I got it in crimson black. I have the availability to do just about whatever I want to the exhaust. I have to look into the raceline piece. I have mocked up the rear muffler deletes just waiting for tips to come in.

I also drool over the Crimson color, as I spit shine this awesome PITA car color through a relativity good summer season in the great PNW.
Once the of rays of summer pass and turn into liquid sunshine this car will revert back into a black (and dirty) looking vehicle.
Like a salmon swimming up stream...I'll just do it again next season..... oh wait, I do it all year long.

I almost did the WF color my friend, I really liked the white with the premium option. Funny how the wife said get the CB color and guess who get's the up-keep on it....

So to go with my better (hopefully) sounding exhaust , what Cold air set up is best. with my z the injen was the best choice how about for the 4dr sports car I'm driving now? anyone try the bullydog programmer?

The only true cold air "intake" is stock....outside of a custom set-up.
Ghozt did an "one-off" custom cold-air intake which in my mind is excellent, as long as you don't mind re-locating the battery.

How to know you polished the car properly. When the images in the paint are in color not just reflections in the color of your vehicle.

Thanks I appreciate it. Let the mods begin! Just ordered hid kits for fogs and high beams plus matching bulbs for low beams.
