Greetings fellow maximers

I recently pulled the trigger and picked up a 2013 sv. The car grew on me after multiple test drives and I'm even ok with the CVT. it does what it does so I think it doesn't bother me.

Either way, around 60-70mph I've been noticing this weird high pitched, intermittent sound. Something along the lines of an old monitor/buzzing sound or something one may encounter after a heavy night of alcohol induced goodness in a disco club ear buzzing high pitched sound ...you get the idea.

It is not wind noise. It is not a fuel pump noise. It's an electronic, almost interference type noise

Anyone experience something like that?

Does it sound like an unshielded wire near a speaker wire? I've had that before, but not in my max. I had an old VW and installed a bazooka tube. The guys at best buy installed it and used the wrong wire, so at certain speeds, I'd hear a high pitched sound that changed with the rpm's. I brought it back and they fixed it by using better wire, I believe.
Or it could be that you are just hearing a bit of cvt whine, which I have had (especially under hard acceleration at highway speeds in the against-the-law range).
