Vossens Rims

whats up guys, I was looking into buying some new rims. really looking into the vossen cv3 or cv1. Don't know which ones I really would want, haven't seen any pics of them on a crimson black max. Also, every website I go on tells me they don't fit. WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DOING TO MAKE THEM FIT. I know there a few threads about vossen rims but never seen any about my questions. thanks in advance guys. Pics would also be great of all your after market rims for some good ideas.

I just bought vossen cv2's matte graphite for my crimson black max last week. Came out cleannn. 20x9 front 245/35/20, and 20x10.5 rears 275/30/20. Will upload pics tom as a reference for you. I am lowered on Megan racing coil overs as well. It's not a complete drop yet because the coils have to settle in for 500-1000 miles.

Honestly not sure about the offset. Vossen + sonic ms (the shop I take my car to) made everything possible themselves. Picking the proper offset to make it as flush and as low as possible.

- Vossen CV1(staggered) 20x9 E38 (26lbs) and 20x10.5 E45(28lbs). 255/35R20 in the front and 275/30R20 in the rear if you get a BBK YOU WILL NEED TO RUN A 10mm spacer in the front. E=offset I am dropped on Eibach'sif you considering slamming the car or going on coils I would recommend the 245/35/20 up front

nice rims bro but I just came across the 370 rays and I also like those. I am in no rush with getting rims sence this will be one of the biggest buys for the car. I just wish there was a way to see the rims I want on my car before I bought them.

Got a question for ya'll with the 20s, does your steering wheelfeel tighter after install and does it seem to accelerate slower than when you were on 18s or 19s.

I recently took off a pair of Racing Line 20's and wow, I luv driving on the 18s even though they dont look as good from the outside. The smoothness and take off power on the car is more noticeable. I love the look of this wheels and would like to get back to after market rims but not willing to sacrifice performance and smoothness as this is my DD

20s are heavier, so you will accelerate slower, have a rougher ride, and have worse turning feel and feedback. You only go bigger for looks, not performance.

You can spend a lot of money and get light weight larger wheels.

i found a set of cv3 on craiglist for a good deal.

Size 20 x 10.5 all around
Offset +45 fronts
Offset +25 rears
Bolt Pattern 5 x 114.3

Is anyone running with this set up? sounds like it would work but be a close fit. any thoughts?

lowered on Eibach

It will work with the right tire stretch probably 245/35/20 and negative camber and your fenders rolled...
