Do you change to high tire causes a problem ?
Non of the above issues. However, you need to ask yourself if it is worthwhile to pay more to have your speedometer and odometer off and less clearance between tires and fenders (with larger wheels) for no substantial improvement in your car performance. My motto is "if it isn't broken don't fix it" it served me through life very well.
It will not destroy anything and your speedometer will not be noticeably off. There are links to calculate how off your speedometer would be. I have the same 19 inch rim size that all the 7th gens use. The stock tire is same 245/40/19. I have now 255/40/19. You should do what I did, instead of the 245/45/19. You will thank me later.
Car drives like a dream. Cornering is better. Well, if you have racingline strutbars like I do.
