Hey! I bought two kits for my low beam n fog lights. They came with two harnesses. Is that how it supposed to be or do I need a harness for every light which is 4?

 

You need one for each light so 4 is the correct amount.

 

What you received is correct. Each harness is powered from the battery, one harness will be switched on by the fog lights and another will be switched on by the headlight; each harness powers 2 ballasts (you have 2 plugs at the end of each harness that will plug into a ballast).
