It's summer time in Houston, TX and I'm having AC problems in my 2010 maxima .
So far the AC compressor have been replaced 4 times at two different dealerships as well as the high pressure line and the return line . The thing is all of that didn't solve the problem .

The AC fan blows all the time however it blows hot air when it's been parked for half a day and will only blow cold air if the temperature outside was cool or if I'm driving pass 40 miles/ hr
They have tried a lot of things at the dealership and they said I have no leaks and all parts they used were original and that they haven't seen anything like it .
Please help !!!!!!
