AC Problem .. Help!!

It's summer time in Houston, TX and I'm having AC problems in my 2010 maxima . So far the AC compressor have been replaced 4 times at two different dealerships as well as the high pressure line and the return line . The thing is all of that didn't solve the problem . The AC fan blows all the time however it blows hot air when it's been parked for half a day and will only blow cold air if the temperature outside was cool or if I'm driving pass 40 miles/ hr They have tried a lot of things at the dealership and they said I have no leaks and all parts they used were original and that they haven't seen anything like it .
Please help!!!!!!!

Damn that sucks! AC systems are very difficult and require someone with skill to properly fix. Best of luck to you!

By what you posted it looks like the two dealerships do not have the expertise of fixing the problem. With a 2010 you are out of warranty unless you have an extended one, either way I would look into a repair place that deals with AC problems.

Being past the warranty period I try not to take my car into a Nissan dealership for these kinda issues. A CVT problem would be one of a few reasons I would take it into the dealer which I have already done in the past.
Up here in the Seattle area we have "Greg's Japanese Auto" which has always done great work for me in the past. They aren't the cheapest but they have always backed any work they do.
Try and find a reputable Japanese repair shop in your area and take it there.

It also might help to go to an automotive shop that specializes in automotive cooling and air conditioning.

Honestly the one thing going good for me is that I have an extended warranty .... So far it would have cost me more than $ 2000 for the things they did ( not sure if they were needed to begin with) . I thought a dealership would have the expertise needed but obviously not .
I will try to look for a Japanese shop in town ...
Thanks to all

Hey bro sorry for trouble you are having.
Take the plastic under you stearing wheel and there is like sensor on right side and hose seevif they unpluged. I removed plastic once for remote start install and forgot to plug this two things back and had no cold air after i pluged it back in all was fine.
Hope it works.

The telling thing to me is that it works at speeds of 40mph. That is indicative to me that the fans under the hood either are NOT working or may be (blowing backwards?)

With the temp control on low and inside fan on high, see if the fans under the hood are coming on and staying on and that the direction is from front to the engine. I would think the guys would have checked this, but stranger things have happened.

Great!!!!.. Now I got the car back from the dealership and they said they reset whatever in the car to factory settings.. And they said it's fixed .. I picked it up and on my way home it the AC stopped working . Now it works like a champ only when idle WTF!!!!! I'm seriously angry with this car and the Nissan service !!! This is crazy !!!!!!! I'm so trading this car in as soon as I get it fixed and will never buy a Nissan every again even if it's the only car out there !

Why did you even drive the car off the lot before you tested the AC in front of the service tech? You are not going to get this fixed at the dealership. Go to a place where they specialize in heating and cooling problems.
