TPMS question

I think I have the answer correct after searching, but just want to double check. I am getting 4 new tires so I decided to replace the wheel that was bent when I bought the car that is driving me nuts. So the tire shop should easily be able to take the TPMS sensor out of the old rim and put it in the new one with no issues right?

Assuming no unexpected corrosion issues, it should be no problem. May want to consider a rebuild kit such as below:

With a 2012....you should be fine, just swap them over. If you had lets say a 2009 I would consider either a re-build or simply replace. Battery life can be an issue going past 7 years.

Thanks, I went ahead and ordered 4 of them. I would be SOL if one of them needed it and I didn't have it on hand. I want this all done before I leave for vacation.

I hope that is the case, but I will have the kits just in case. If not needed this time they probably will be next time.
