2013 Maxima S/bluetooth streaming

Hi;
I just purchased a used 2013 maxima S.
My iphone works fine via bluetooth.
How do I stream music?
Have to add on parts?
I don't have any upgrades on the car.
Thank you.

While all 2013 Maximas support Bluetooth handsfree calling, you have to have the Technology Package (navigation) to support Bluetooth audio streaming.

You can plug a bluetooth adapter into the aux port.... look on amazon and ebay.. I used this in my previous car:GOgroove SMARTmini AUX Bluetooth Audio Receiver Car Kit

I didnt get the tech package (wish i would have), but is it possible to buy the nav system from it? Or, what is the best after market replacement?

I too am having trouble streaming. I'm new to the forum and new owner of a 2012 Nissan Maxima. I own a Galaxy Note20 but it only connects via Bluetooth for calls only. I have a USB cord but when I plug it in,it says check connection device. My hubby's IPhone connects no problem with his USB. I need advice 😫

I also have this issue. My girlfriends phone and my friends phone work but when I plug in my phone it says no song playing or no device connected. Have you figured it out?
