blower motor quit, where to begin?
Hello, my blower motor quit working today on my 2011 Maxima SV, it has climate control. I have checked all related fuses and did not find anything blown. It never showed any signs of wear - noise, clunking etc... It stopped working shortly after taking it to a car wash and having them clean the interior. Is it possible there is a low hanging wire that they may have loosened during cleaning? Additionally there is not much posted on location of the blower motor, where is this thing located and how do I access?
Thanks!
Thanks!
The link to the FSM is below. Check out the HAC section. It will tell you everything you need to know about the blower motor.

First thing I would do is make sure the blower motor relay is being turned on by the body control module. If the relay is being turned on then your problem is probably with one of the two blower motor fuses or the motor. If the relay is not being turned on your fuses and motor are probably OK and you have to figure out why the relay is not being turned on. Find someone who knows how to read automotive wiring diagrams to help you.

We have narrowed the problem down to the motor. Once we located and moved around the relay we discovered the fuses were popping when under load. We are reading 14 amps at the connection. Is the motor repairable?
There's always the option of goiong used; here in the classifieds or from a salvage yard
