Fuses

So I installed led switchback blinkers, the blinker works, but the park lights won't turn on, I was thinking I may have blew a fuse, does anyone know where the park light fuse is?

so I replaced it but it burnt out again, do you happen to know why it keeps burning out ? do I need to put load resistors on it?

You burned the fuse or the light? Either way, it's best to add resistors any time you replace turn signals with LEDs.

The fuse is not blowing just because you put in a switchback led. It's hard to say exactly why the fuse is blowing, maybe you didn't get the correct model led. I would take the led out and put the original bulbs back in and see if the fuse still blows. Then try putting in the led lamps one at a time and see what happens.

You will need the load resistors for the turn signals to blink properly. But not having the resistors will not cause the fuse to blow.

Did you get 3157 ck types? Or just 3157?.. It should be 3157 ck, the ground leads are in different sides than regular 3157
