Just bought a 7th gen a few months ago. Will a 20 inch wheel fit with out fender modification?

Yes. Even if you lower it on Eibachs

Yes, as long as you get the proper tire size to go with it.

Check the wheel thread bro. You can get a good feel for what people are doing relative to tire size/offsets/rim width etc. Very informative to just see what people are actually doing. Take some of the comments with a grain of salt because some people write comments without revealing they have fender mods, spacers, etc just as an oversight, but you can get alot of info from that thread. If you are doing the akebono swap, be mindful of these posts because wheels that some have on these cars will not clear those brakes without a spacer etc. I went through alot finding the right wheel that will clear those brakes without spacers that would fit in the DD setup i want to run especially since i dont want to use any spacers in winter time at all when its time to swap out the rims etc. I'm going to get some M56 OEM 20s for that.

Also be mindful of folks you see stating you can run a 10 in the front. Yes, it is possible, but i think that depends on your specific setup and how practical it is to do that on your DD. For example, I know i can fit a 10 inch wheel on the front but i drive 20k a year. I'm not dealing with the issues of running a ten inch wheel in front although it looks great. Food for thought for you.
