So my service engine light came on and I got the code po101 i resetted the code and now the service engine light is off my car consumes 12L per 100 km now my question is is that normal or do I have a major problem that needs fixing thank you

 

Another issue that I had was when I press the button to start my car it struggles to start I have to give it gas so that it would start this happened to me twice but someone told me that it's my cell phone interfering with the fab key signal anyone else experience this ?

 

Not sure if you are asking about the code or the mileage but your 12L per 100 KM equals about 20 miles per gallon in the U.S. which is just about average for combination city/highway performance. Can't answer about the code as I have never had one, but I would think if it was serious the code will come back on.

I doubt if its the cell phone as this site would be full of this problem as eveyrone has a cell phone.

Yes it's 3.5sv with premium package thanks for the info about the miles per gallon that's pretty accurate since I drive city and high way so did anyone else experienced the problem I had with starting the car My cellphone and my keys were in the same pocket but as soon as I separated the 2 my car started normally

 

And since I cleared the service engine soon light if it doesn't go on again then that means I don't have any problems?

 

If it doesn't come on again then you probably don't have any problem. That code is for a faulty mass air flow sensor which could be dirty, or you have intake air leaks, or a dirty air filter. Check for vacuum hose leaks and a dirty air filter first, If you are using a K&N reusable filter it might have to much oil in it, where the MAF sensor will have to be cleaned.

If you are going to clean your MAF and have never done it before look for a good instructional guide on how to do it properly.
