I am going to purchase a rear spoiler for my Max can some one send me wiring instructions. Does the Max have a second set of wires or connectors for the spoiler light ???

 

There's probably another way, but the way I did it was run the wire from the aftermarket spoiler up thru the rear deck lid and tapped into the factory 3rd brake light wiring

I also disconnected the plug going to the factory brake light since I didn't need that anymore

 

Same. I ran the aftermarket wiring thru the rubber harness up to the deck lid light and tapped in there. I left the deck light on. Also did a lousy job of mounting my spoiler...was careful but it is not on there well...I need to dismount it and use double sided tape all around the base.

 

Can any one supply me with the cars wiring, is there a additional connection on the cars wiring harness ?
