Air filter replacement

Looked thru the how to and couldn't find any write for replacing the engine air filter, anybody has any info.

Is it just removing the 2 clips. Do I have to remove the housing by the front of the engine bay also?

If anyone can find a video or write up that would be great. I can even find anything on YouTube.

You shouldn't need to remove anything but the two clips and lift the upper filter box.

Only because its so easy....I have no idea when it comes to working on my car but I figured this by just popping the hood lol.

Troll Question?

Yeah it's super easy. I did have a problem getting the box to fit back on just right but maybe it was just me. I replaced mine w a K&N when I bought it.

Try going to www.carcarekiosk.com. It tells you how to replace it. That site is good for our car and many other cars as well.

Just did mine with a K&N drop in.

Just the two clips, you can pull the separated sides open enough to remove/replace the filter. Make sure you line up the bottom first then bring the top part with the clips in place and snap it back on. If it's misaligned it should be pretty noticeable.

That being said. BUY THE HIGH END AIR FILTER. Love mine, subtle but noticeable engine breathing better/response.... and hair better on the MPG. Worth ever penny.
