Performance Log

Does anyone keep a log of their cars performance? Is it worthwhile? I'm thinking of buying a OBD2 bluetooth adapter and I have a phone that I can keep dedicated to logging mainly the transmission temperature. I have a few 5 hours drives coming up and will do the transmission fluid change between them so I want to see if there is a change in performance with the new fluid.

I have a '10 with about 55k on the original Fluid btw.

Dude, if it makes you feel good than go for it. But these are not performance cars by any means. I just changed my fluid at 50K and yeah you can tell the difference. As far as logging to me it would be a waste of time. Sorry but unless you have a performance vehicle then you would want to log stuff. My previous car was boosted and sometimes you need to log to look at boost, fuel, waste gate percent and stuff like that. Good luck and hope you get it figured out.
