I'm sorry for my bad English but I still learning it, so forgive me about that..

I have maxima 2010
I bought it when it was in 50000 km
Now it is in 60000 km
Acceleration from 0-100 km in 8 second..!!
Acceleration from 0-30 km it's very slow but after 40 km going fast, specially when I stop and moving again
For example, I'm moving 100 km/h and stop moving for red signal and moving again the gas doesn't Response

I cleaned up the throttle & that didn't make any different.
For the first time I try to speeding to 260 km, I drive to 140 km it was great but when I was in 150 km and my foot is completely in gas, it wasn't going to speed up just 150 km
I remove my foot from the gas pedal and get it back again, it's was speeding up to 210 km then the RPM was moving between 6000 and 6400.. & the speed still in 210 km.!!

I changed the CVT fluid in 51000 km, that mean it is a new fluid
I don't know what is the problem..

Your transmission probably needs servicing of some sort, but that is not going to get you to 260KMH. These cars were never meant to go that fast even with the speedometer saying it can. The transmission service will probably correct the delayed acceleration at low speeds, but what you are looking for is not possible with this stock built car.
