I noticed the other day, that when my blower fan is on it is making a noise like its hitting something.. Like a piece of paper or a leaf is hitting it and making a clicking noise. Any idea what it can be and how I might look at it. anyone else experience this?
I have yet to pull out the cabin filter to see if that has something to do with it..

 

could be something it sucked in many possible answers but that one is the most logical one

 

What should i start taking apart? I doubt something lime this would be covered under a extended warranty.

 

Before you start tearing it apart, check your extended warranty policy to see if the heating systems is covered. If it is let the dealership do the fix.
