No title, no way. Could be bank owned, e.g. financed. You could always run the VIN too.

I am sure, but he is parting out a car that has 33k miles on it and don't have a title for it and willing to sell the WHOLE car for $4500?????? It's either a scam or something is really wrong here.

I always like to post things like to this to make people aware...I do hope it's on the up and up....

It may have been a car that was in a flood, highly doubt they are stupid enough to sale like that. must stolen cars get parted out or shipped to south america whole.

It's probably a repo. With a blown motor which is a very costly repair, I would say the owner didn't have the money to repair it so they stopped paying their car payments and just purchased another vehicle. Instead of turning that car back over to the bank they kept it and are trying to part it out to make a few bucks.

Seller should have posted VIN with explanation of why no title. Buyer would need to verify that car is not stolen - Otherwise would possibly be open to a charge of receiving stolen property? Also would need to run a car fax. If flood damaged, a large percentage of the parts would be junk. I'm sure that every single person who's contacted the seller has asked for a VIN. There has to be a reason that the car has not sold and the seller is less than forthcoming with VIN.
