NEW HERE :) Exhaust question

Best exhaust for 12 Max? I want a growl. Nissan recommended Magnaflow or FM which is better.
Also what is your opinions on plasti dipping the rims? Gonna tint and add red led inside next week.

Exhaust: how much do you want to spend? It will range from $300 to $2k

Go ahead, watch YouTube for a how to.

The dip is holding up really well I clean it with simple green which doesn't peel it at all. The 12 and newer max already have that tinted tailight look I'd leave it alone, as for the headlights I don't think tinted headlights is a good idea but it's your car mod it to your liking.

if done right meaning having enough layers of dip the car wash doesn't peel the dip at all.

Don`t go with cold air intake, these ones not good for our cars, you will get more heat than cold to ur engine...search more about it.
So far, have only eibach drop, borla exh, k&n drop in filter and have RSB just not instaled yet, LEDs everywhere , some dips and wraps...4 now...

Exhaust response

If you are looking for a growl....FM I've always had Flowmasters on everything. My nissan has the Delta flow Series 40. It growls, a "low" loud. When it is started you hear the hummm from a distance, or if the garage goes to get it, I smile everytime cuz I hear whatever floor they are on just start her up! It is an aggressive sound, not an annoying loud sound or a high pitch sound or the sound of just "big empty pipes". Flowmasters are the sound of muscle. I still have my resonator on also.

Alot of people stop and ask what's under the hood....it's really whats under the car!

Motordyne and AAM have the best sound, and are made out of the best materials that won't corrode. For the $$$ custom is a better bet, if you don't mind chopping up the exhaust. I still have my prototype AAM exhaust and love it.
