So i was wondering, How would I change the amber indicator that looks like this,

to look like the strips of lights that look like this?

I'm talking about the big amber indicator on bottom, not the one on top.
I'm looking to do this myself and realize that the assembly would need to be opened. Any tips and also places that I can find these light strips or whatvever they are would be great. Thank you!
