Long time no post guys, hope everyone is doing well. See a few members moved on to the Q50s and a few others to the 8th Gens.

Well moving along now with my question.

So I came across a set of winter tires (new) for free. They are staggred set at 225/40/19 and 245/40/19. I have the stock 19 inch sport wheels on my 7th gen but am currently running 245/45/19s. Obliviously I want to install the winter tires but need to know if i install the full staggared set or use just the 245/40 tires in the front and 245/45s in the back.

Really trying to avoid buying 2 more 245/40s to match up the set. Any advise?

 

I would not run staggered.

 

You are running 245/45/19's on stock rims. How's that working out for you?


You can run staggered as long as the tires are good because our cars are not AWD. Can't run staggered on an AWD cars.
