Best CVT recommendations please!

Hey guys I know this is one of the most highly discussed topics but what is the best course of action when it comes to CVT maintenance? I feel like the majority say drain and fill with a new filter. Are you guys doing this yourself? If so is it pretty straight forward? I am about to hit 23k and I know some people are doing it around 25-30 depending on driving habits. Any recommendations/advice is greatly appreciated thank you!!

I personally change mine every 50k miles, and then I only do a drain and fill. Costs me about $90 for the cvt fluid and 1hr of time.

What does the owner's manual say based on your driving habits?
