Question Feeling road bumps through gas pedal??

Hey guys, first post here. I just bought a 2010 maxima sv the other day and i absolutely love it. No qualms with it, i plan on baby-ing it for a bit but i do have something thats bothering me about it. As im driving i can feel just about all of the imperfections of the road coming through the gas pedal. it isnt just when im accelerating but even cruising and i can feel it through the brake pedal as im braking also. Any clue as to what this might be? My friend whos good with cars is gonna check it out tomorrow but would love to know thoughts.

How many miles on car?

How are the tires?

Any suspension work done that you know of?

Any drive axle sign of grease ?

Sounds like some part of the engine, exhaust, or suspension is in contact with the body near the firewall. I once had an unscrupulous exhaust shop bolt an exhaust hanger from the frame without using a rubber hanger. Made the whole car vibrate. As I remember there's a lot of exhaust components right below the firewall. I'd get under the car and see if maybe something has been damaged and contacting the body.
