Flapping sound!!!!! Wth

Has anyone else in hear experienced a light flapping noise when accelerating and reversing at low speeds, low rpms. Sometimes at idle! Almost sounds like knocking

Is it a flapping sound or more of a fapping sound?

I had a belt go bad that would make that flapping sound (not all the time) but when I finally looked at it, it only had 3 of the 7 ribs left on it!
