So my outside temperature display was acting weird display was fuzzy with the outside temperature bouncing all over the place. I turned the car off and turned it back off now the display is gone completely. Anyone else have this issue? I have a 2013 Maxima SV

 

I've never had it happen, but what you can try is disconnect both battery terminals for 15 minutes.

 

Not sure where it is located, but maybe tracking down the actual probe to check out that end of the system would be good if you pulled the battery cable and that didn't help.
