I like my 7th gen, but the center console sounds like it has rheumatoid arthritis. It squeaks all the time is there something I can do about this because this is an annoying noise.

 

If you get the service manual, I remember seeing an entire section in there about diagnosing dash squeaks. I'm sure it will be a PITA to do. I had to remove my dash multiple times to fix the AC and sometimes get dash vibration when the car accelerates a certain way, but I REFUSE to ever take that dash out again. Found it there are four bolts on the left I removed the panel and they were holding a bracket in place but they were loose as f#$#$# so its all good now.

 

NowI have a bigger problem my car makes noises when I turn the steering wheel
