Nissan Maxima 2011 Problem!

Hey guys, im new here, sorry if this is in the wrong section. Just wanted to know what part of the Maxima this is?. The garage has quoted me a hefty fee to replace as he stated it is broken and damaged.

That is a serious bottoming out. If I'm not mistaken that is the pan to the CVT. Looks like the whole transmission needs to be replaced because part of it is also broken.
