Air condition

I have 2012 maxima bought a new air compressor and clutch and changed the fuses still no power to air conditioner anybody had this problem and suggestions ?

Does the ac light come on when you push the button? And where are you measuring the voltage?

Yes the light comes on for the ac button and I had the fuses changed out by the mechanic who put my compressor and clutch on but he does not do wiring issue where do I need to do the voltage test?
