The cup holder of my Maxima 2013 does not function (sticks open). It seems one of the arms is broken. How can I remove the entire cup holder (whole piece not just the individual cup holder) where the cup holder sits in.

 

Centre console has to come out, there are 2 screws at the back of the console, on the sides that touch the driver and passenger seats, and there are more screws under the gear shift area that requires you to remove the plastic trim on the centre console...there are videos on YouTube for this work.
