Do these lines go anywhere?

I'm looking under my hood today and it looks like to vacuum lines not going anywhere. Do they connect to any thing? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

It has been cut. They connect together. It supplies vacuum to various solenoids.

Does the car run poorly? fix that hose, should cost you about $0.75 for a 6 inch piece of vacuum hose from Autozone / NAPA / PepBoys, / general auto parts store.

Not really, just a little hesitation at idle. Just connect one side to the other?

I just checked mine and that tube is cut or broken. Like JGMtech said get a piece of hose and connect the two pipes back up.

That is a vacuum line. It supplies vacuum to a VIAS solenoid and an active motor mount solenoid. And yes, you absolutely should fix that.
