Intermittent idling and headlights going dim to bright

I have a 2014 Maxima I have replaced the front catalytic converter both O2 sensors the variable valve timing solenoid and the camshaft position sensor. It's not throwing any codes at me but it idle the headlights are going from Bright to dim and bright to dim and it's idling between about 1100 and 1500 RPMs back and forth. Does anybody have any ideas about what this could be?

Sounds like two issues to me.
1. You are idling fast. Did you perform your idle relearn after your parts replacement?
2. Check your charging system...battery and alternator. One or both may be bad.
