Exclamation Noise when slowing down/start

Looking for some input, I have a 2011 Maxima S, the car is making a whirring noise when you slow dow, or start off. I have changed pretty much the entire front end out. New Lower suspension arms, New Tie Rods, New Axel and CV joints, New stabilizers and new Rotors/pads/Calipers. CVT fluid and filter also changed. Based on the video I attached I'm hoping someone will have an idea?
Wheel Bearings?
ABS Sensor?
Brake Shims?
Any ideas please let me know Thanks.

I wish you had provided an acceleration video as well, but it sounds as if the motor mounts may be worn allowing the engine to shift and rub on the axles???? Remember new doesn't always mean good, but I would look for some wear marks on the axles and wheel/brake components. Also, does it make the noise only when de/accelerating or when you are braking and just after braking?

Please do let us know what you find.

Lt

Thanks, motor mounts do need changing. So that might be the next project. I will check the old axles too. I will advise to the findings , much appreciated.
Noise when accelerating as well.

Do this w all precautions !!!!!!!!!

center jack under front subframe to lift up both front wheels.

have someone put car in drive and listen/trace noise

remember, I missed some jacking up details so take every precaution , rear wheel chucks etc

am thinking axle not all way seated, engine guard rubbing….going w the former

check also axle nut torque.

whatever it is, it happens only when the wheels are spinning
