Hey guys I was driving my maxima from my house to Publix turn the car off. It had no problem then. But when getting back home idk if I hit a pothole or something on the ground but speedometer needle wouldn’t move and when I try to turn off the car with the push button but nothing happened even try taking the cord off the battery but the car was still on. I took off a green box fuse in the fuse box it turn it off but when I put back the car don’t want to turn on i really don’t know what the problem any advice or solution would help
